Al-Kawakib
Al-Kawakib (E-ISSN: 2746-4997), a journal of Islamic studies published twice a year (June and December) by Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty Of Social Science, Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) of Padang since 2020, publishes original (library or field) research articles in the field of Islamic studies. It promotes multidisciplinary approaches to Islam and Islamic society and focuses on seven main topics: Islamic Education, the Qur’an and hadith, Islamic Law, Islamic Theology ( Kalam ), Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Mysticism ( Tasawwuf ), Islamic Communication and Propogation ( Dakwah ). All submitted papers are subject to double-blind review process.
It encourages articles that employ a multi-disciplinary approach to those topics. Scholars that are concerned with Islam and its manifestation throughout Muslim history and society can submit their article to Al-Kawakib and use this open access journal as a valuable resource in this field. Therefore, all articles published by Al-Kawakib will have unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number.
