<p><em>The advancement of digital technology in the Industrial 4.0 era has changed educational practices, including Islamic religious education, especially Fiqh learning. This study examines integrating digital technology in classroom management strategies in Fiqh learning at MAN 2 Parepare, Indonesia. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from teachers, students, and school leaders between February and April 2025. Findings show that tools such as Google Classroom, Quizizz, and interactive videos increase student engagement and create a dynamic learning environment. Adaptive classroom management strategies, including blended learning and positive reinforcement, support a structured and motivating atmosphere. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy and digital distraction still exist, addressed through teacher training and access to flexible materials. This research confirms the potential of the technopedagogical approach to innovate Fiqh education, emphasizing the importance of a balanced integration of technology and pedagogy.</em></p>Aidzullah AidzullahSitti Jamilah AminMuh. <p><em>Legal protection and certainty for foreign students in higher education have become global concerns. Even former U.S. President Donald Trump's policy on the presence of foreign students at Harvard University sparked international controversy. This highlights the importance of legal protection and certainty for international students in all countries that serve as destinations for higher education. Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) has hosted foreign students since 2016, and their numbers continue to grow in line with the university’s rising popularity and global ranking. The presence of international students must be supported by guaranteed legal protection and certainty so that they can pursue their studies under a clear legal framework. This study aims to explore the forms of legal protection provided to foreign students at Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia. The research adopts a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with eleven informants, including the head of the International Office and foreign students from Malaysia and Myanmar, selected through purposive sampling. To strengthen the interview data, the researcher also conducted document analysis using a normative juridical approach relevant to the research topic. The data were analyzed thematically using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The findings reveal that legal protection for foreign students is implemented in several forms: (i) ensuring safety, security, and health; (ii) providing excellent administrative services throughout the academic process; and (iii) guaranteeing the right to practice their faith and religion. These findings serve as a preliminary reference for future researchers to further investigate this topic in different contexts and objectives. <p>This study examines the integration of six theo-ethical values—spiritual, ethical, logical, teleological, aesthetic, and physiological—into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that although all six values are present in the teaching materials and instructional practices, their presentation remains largely fragmented. The theological and ethical dimensions appear most prominent, whereas aesthetic and physiological aspects are underrepresented. The study advocates for a more integrative and contextualized approach to bridge spiritual idealism with the realities of vocational education. Such integration positions PAI as a transformative framework for holistic character development. The article recommends the development of a learning model that thematically embeds these values to equip students with integrity, life orientation, and professional readiness.</p>Waway Qodratulloh S

<p><em>This article is motivated by the differences in the eating and drinking practices of students with the hadith of the Prophet SAW. The problem in this study is to analyze the eating and drinking ethics of students at Padang State University (UNP). The object of this study is UNP students, on the grounds that the majority of students here are Muslim and have a strong Minangkabau culture with Islamic values. The concept of living hadith is a study of hadith that lives in society based on the hadith of the Prophet SAW. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method based on a case study approach. The analysis of this study uses a SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that the eating and drinking practices of UNP students on campus are currently generally not in accordance with the ethical values of eating and drinking in Islamic teachings.</em></p>Riza WardefiMuhammad HidayatRahmi Wiza

<p><em>This study aims to determine the constitutional principles contained in the Al-Quran which focuses on the story of the Prophet Sulaiman as. This research focuses on the values contained in the story of Prophet Sulaiman as. which is used as the basis or footing in the state. Methodology used was qualitative by emphasizing the library research. The emphasis on this type of research is to find various theories, laws, propositions, principles, opinions and ideas of the characters to analyze and solve the problems being studied. This study uses descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the principles of good governance are those that are based on several principles (1) Tauheidullah (2) Obedience to Leaders (3) Trust (4) Justice (5) Deliberation (6) Peace. <p><em>Financial management in Islamic educational institutions plays a crucial role in ensuring sustainability and quality improvement. This study examines the financial management strategies implemented at Jamiah Syeikh Daud Al-Fathoni (JISDA), focusing on optimizing financial sources such as zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, using literature reviews, interviews, and institutional financial reports to analyze Jamiah Syeikh Daud Al-Fathoni (JISDA) financial strategies. The findings reveal that Jamiah Syeikh Daud Al-Fathoni (JISDA) integrates waqf-based productive assets, establishes a sharia cooperative, and utilizes digital financial systems to enhance financial transparency and efficiency. Furthermore, collaboration with Islamic financial institutions and the development of crowdfunding platforms significantly contributes to institutional sustainability. The results indicate that implementing Islamic financial principles strengthens Jamiah Syeikh Daud Al-Fathoni (JISDA) financial resilience, ensuring operational stability and institutional growth. The study concludes that an innovative and adaptive financial management model incorporating digitalization and community-based fundraising is essential for Islamic higher education institutions.
